And the LTD Appliance Package also comes standard with a 12V refrigerator, a two burner stove, a DSI gas water heater, plus a 5k BTU A/C and a 16k BTU furnace!

President Merle Schmucker started a construction company in Florida when he was just 17 years old, building multi-million dollar homes which feature bent and curved wood staircases and domes and other unique architectural features.
